New Year's Eve 2025 at Kai / Aastavahetuspidu KAI Restos

On December 31st, we will create a magical evening featuring the talented duo Amentia from Paris with a live performance, along with German DJs Mira Vana and DJ Noro, who will bring the rhythms to dance you into the new year. 

The New Year's menu is crafted from our chef's best selections:

• Salmon roe baskets

• Olivier salad with smoked chicken

• Snack platter: Three-meat aspic, sauerkraut, pickles, dark bread, mustard, horseradish

• Bruschetta with pelati tomatoes, arugula, and beef

• Bruschetta with lightly salted salmon and stracciatella cheese

• Venison carpaccio with truffle and goat cheese

Hot appetizers

• Octopus salad with potatoes

• Giant shrimp yakitori with white radish and carrot salad

• Lightly smoked duck breast with sweet potato chips and cherry-beet sauce

The package price also includes a bottle of sparkling wine to make the celebration even more festive!
