We invite you to the chamber music concert “Elegant France”, dedicated to the mastery of the French composers of the 19th-20th centuries, including Claude Debussy, Jules Massenet, Nadia Boulanger and others.

The exquisite concert program will be performed by charismatic musicians from the Baltic region:

Anna Salnit (violin, Latvia),

Tatiana Gashimova (cello, Estonia),

Olga Kreiter (piano, Estonia).

At the concert you will hear subtle and varied shades, sound overflows, timbre plays of light and fascinating violin, cello sonatas, piano trio by Claude Debussy; the pieces of  “The Poet of the Female Soul” by Jules Massenet - one of the most popular composers of French lyric opera; unusually heartfelt, ghostly beautiful and lyrical three pieces for cello and piano by Nadia Boulanger.

 Anna Salnit /violin/ 

​​Anna's musical career began at the S. Prokofiev Regional College in Moscow. She continued her education at the Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music in Riga and the Estonian Academy of Theatre and  Music in Tallinn. Her artistic development is deeply rooted in the Russian violin school, mentored by distinguished educators such as Anna Dvoretskaya, Professor Marta Kushnirskaya, Professor Uldis Viesturs Sprudž, Tereza Ijaba-Ziberte, and Professor Arvo Leibur. She developed her skills in interpreting chamber music under the guidance of Professor Gunta Sproge, Professor Agne Sprudža, Marrit Gerretz-Traksmann and Professor Janis Maletskis. Anna has extensive stage experience. She has performed in the violin ensemble conducted by Marta Kushnirskaja, played in the symphony orchestra of the Estonian National Opera, collaborated with the orchestra conducted by Kaspar Mänd, participated in projects of the Narva City Symphony Orchestra, the Philharmonic Orchestra and  Choir Märjamaa, Kymi Sinfonietta, and regularly participates in projects of the international festival orchestra Classical Hags, including as a concertmaster.

Anna actively collaborates with famous European musicians, participates in master classes and music festivals. She performs in concert halls in Germany, France, Latvia, Estonia and other countries, showing herself as a bright chamber musician, orchestral performer and soloist.

Currently, Anna is an artist of the piano trio Sempre Musica and the artistic director of the string quartet Alma. Her achievements include Laureate of the International Competition Alion Baltic (2nd prize; Tallinn, 2018).

Tatiana Gashimova /cello/ is the concertmaster of  Narva City Symphony Orchestra (Estonia), the concertmaster of the baroque orchestra "Collegium Musicum Riga" (Latvia), the concertmaster and artistic director of Tallinn String Orchestra, participating in projects of Corelli Baroque Orchestra, ÜENSO Symphony Orchestra (Estonia), Pärnu City Orchestra, the international festival orchestra Classical Hugs (concertmaster), Nordica  Symphony Orchestra, Marjamaa Philharmonic Orchestra and Choir. She is a soloist of numerous chamber ensembles and gives master classes. Tatiana studied at the music school and college of Cheboksary (Chuvash Republic, Russia) with Svetlana Yakovlevna Lapykina, at the N. Zhiganov Kazan State Conservatory (Republic of Tatarstan, Russia) in the class of Albert Akhatovich Asadullin, Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music with teacher Agne Sprudža and  Estonian Academy of  Music and Theatre in the class of Peeter Paemurru. Laureate of international competitions in the nominations of string quartet and piano trio. A touring musician, performing in Latvia, Estonia, Germany, Switzerland, Cyprus, Finland, France, South Korea, Greece, Sweden and other countries.

Olga Kreiter /piano/ began her piano studies at the Viimsi Music School under the direction of Marju Mägi. She continued her studies with Piret Väinmaa at the Georg Ots Music School in Tallinn. In 2021, Olga received her bachelor's degree from the Frankfurt School of Music and Fine Arts, where she studied under the guidance of Professor Axel Gremmelspacher, and in 2023, she received her master's degree from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in the class of  Sten Lassmann. Since 2023, Olga has been studying at the Stuttgart School of Music and Fine Arts under the guidance of Professor Bernhardt Epstein, specializing in opera repertoire. Olga has taken part in master classes with many famous pianists, including E. Indjic, P. Laul, A. Ivanov, M. Marchenko, H. Nahkur, L. Väinmaa, G. Payer and others. Olga has taken part in international festivals and competitions in Estonia, Germany, Austria, Portugal and Lithuania, where she performed as a soloist and chamber musician. In 2021, she won first place in two nominations - soloist and duet - at the "Muzika be sienų" competition. Olga has performed with the Symphony Orchestra of the G. Ots Music School at the Estonia Concert Hall, as well as with the Baroque Ensemble of  Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. In addition to the piano, she also plays the hammerklavier. Olga's greatest passion is working with singers and instrumentalists.
